How to Delete Your Account

You can request the deletion of your AI Car Launcher account and all associated data. There are two ways to do this:

Option 1: From Within the App

1. Open AI Car Launcher
2. Go to Settings (gear icon)
3. Scroll down to the account section
4. Tap Sign Out to disconnect your Google account

Signing out removes the link between your Google account and the app. Your cloud-synced data (favorites, contacts, preferences) will no longer be accessible.

Option 2: Request via Email

Send an email to request complete deletion of your account and all associated data:

Please include the Google account email address you used to sign in. We will process your request within 30 days and confirm the deletion via email.

What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed from our servers (Firebase):

• Account data - your name, email, profile information
• Favorite destinations - saved places and their order
• Synced contacts - phone contacts synced for hands-free calling
• Premium/trial status - subscription and trial information
• App preferences - settings synced to the cloud
• API tokens - any tokens stored in your account

What Data Is NOT Affected

The following data is stored only on your device and is not part of the account deletion (it remains on your device unless you uninstall the app):

• Locally saved favorite places (SharedPreferences)
• Downloaded offline maps and routing data
• Ride history and destination predictions
• App settings stored locally

To remove all local data, simply uninstall the app from your device.

Data Retention

After receiving your deletion request:

• Your data will be deleted from Firebase within 30 days
• Backup copies (if any) will be purged within 90 days
• We may retain anonymized, aggregated data that cannot identify you
